In this article you will learn about:

The Bizimply HR Insights Dashboard is designed to provide you with key insights into your workforce's data. This help guide explains each section of the dashboard, including the widgets it contains.

NB: This feature is still in BETA so we recommend verifying any critical data with another source. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to enhance your experience!

Who Can Access Bizimply Insights?

Admins have immediate access to the Insights Dashboard and can grant access permissions to other specific roles. Any roles granted access to Insights will see all widgets but only the data for their relevant locations that they have permission to view.

Customisation and Export Options

At the top of the dashboard, you can apply General Filters to refine the data shown across all sections. These filters include:

  • Main Location: Allows you to display data for specific Main locations.

  • Main Position: Lets you focus on data relevant to certain Main Positions.

  • Payroll Department: Filters the data by payroll department.

Currently, the dashboard does not support filtering by schedule due to technical limitations. This update is planned for the future, but due to the complex nature of the work required, we cannot provide a specific timeline at this stage.

You also have the option to export data in several ways:

  • Download as Image: Export any widget as an image for sharing or presentations

  • Download Data: Export data from tables for further analysis and filtering

  • Export as PDF: Download the entire dashboard as a PDF for easy reporting

Tables have a sorting function that allows for multi-level sorting. This means that if you sort one column and, without resetting, sort another column, it will create a secondary sort within the initial sort.

To sort by only one column, ensure you reset the sorting on other columns by clicking on the sorting arrows until they return to their default state (showing two arrows), or refresh the page.

Key Workforce Indicators

This section focuses on key employee metrics related to headcount, turnover, tenure, age, and compliance (visa and passport expiration).
