Follow the process to install an integration in Bizimply

A member of the Bizimply team will contact you to finish your set-up. Once the information above is added and ‘Connect’ is clicked, message will appear to confirm the connection between both platforms.
How the integration works
The Fit2Trade integration syncs all employee profile information and training records in Bizimply and Fit2Trade. Once enabled, Bizimply will be the single source of truth for employees and employee records in Bizimply and Fit2Trade. Fit2trade will be the single source of truth for employee training.
Any updates on starters, leavers and changes to employee personal details, such as role and location, in Bizimply syncs automatically to Fit2Trade
Training record assignment and completion status in Fit2Trade automatically sync to Bizimply
NB: A user can be added to Fit2Trade without being added to Bizimply but not vice versa.
What data is transferred from Bizimply to Fit2Trade?
First Name
Last Name
Email Address (added in Fit2Trade as 'ID')
Main Position (added in Fit2Trade as 'Learner Role')
Employee’s Main Location (added in Fit2Trade as 'Location')
How Existing Training Records sync
NB: This section is only applicable to customers who used Fit2Trade before activating the integration.
Once the Fit2Trade integration is enabled, all historical completed and assigned training records for each employee will be synced and reflected within the employee profile.
How Training Updates sync
Employees are assigned a training course in Fit2Trade
When a manager assigns a training course to an employee in Fit2Trade, the assignment is logged and tracked.
Employee completes assigned training in Fit2Trade
Once the employee finishes their training, Fit2Trade records the completion status and reflects this within Bizimply
What happens when adding Employees
Once the integration is live, all BIzimply employees will be synced automatically to Fit2Trade.
NB: This includes new employees created within the Bizimply system.
How Employee details are updated
When a user’s details are updated within Bizimply, they are also updated in Fit2Trade.
