This report shows a breakdown of the hours worked per day, allowing you to see the difference between the hours an employee worked and hours they were scheduled to work.
How to generate the Scheduled Vs Actual report?
Navigate to the schedule
Click on the blue Actions button
Select Export CSV
Select Scheduled VS Actual
From the dropdown, choose which schedule you want to include
Press the Save as CSV button
NB: To get a report that shows extra hours worked by each staff member, use the Timecard Analysis report.
