Login to Bizimply and click on the Revenue icon

In the Revenue Centre, you will see the option to Import Sales, so click on that button

You will get a pop up box which will help you generate the file you will need to populate.

The first option is to choose the locations you wish to import sales for. Choose these from the dropdown list. You can choose All Locations. Locations by your Locations Groups, or Individual locations. You can select multiple options at this point with the selector.

Next, you will need to select at what increments of time you are importing your Sales: Daily, hourly or 15 minutes. These should match the current settings in your account

Lastly, choose the date format for your file. You can choose this to match an output from a POS to help with copying and pasting data.

Once you have selected your option, click "Download Sample File". A file will generate and download to your device which you can use as the starting point for entering your data. The full steps are in the blue box in the pop up, but do note you should not enter any symbols into the file.

Once you've entered your full data into this file, save it to your device.

Return to the pop up box, match the settings you used to generate the file, and then click "Choose File". Then select the file you have just saved.

Click "Import".
