Permissions for the Revenue Centre can be assigned in Location Roles and Group Roles. You must had admin access to be able to give or remove access to the Revenue Centre
Go to to right-hand corner and click on your name/email address
In the dropdown menu select Account Access
You can select either Location Roles or Group Roles on the left hand side.
Click into an existing Role created to edit it.
Scroll to the bottom of the page of Permissions and here you will find Revenue Centre.
Choose to turn the feature on to make it available for this Role. Turn if off if the user shouldn't be able to see Revenue centre.
If you turn it on, click "Choose Options" to see how you can restrict actions further.
Export Sales - users with this permission will see the export button on the revenue page and be able to export data.
Edit Sales - Users with this permission will be able to edit sales. This will be limited by the setting below to either
always
the current day only
the current week
the current month
Import Sales - users with this permission will see the import button on the revenue page and be able to import data.
Click 'Save' once you are happy with the permissions granted for that Role.
