You will need to start your set up for the Integration in your Expert LMS account.
Click on the Settings Cog from your Expert LMS account menu
Select the Company Integrations tab
From the Available Integrations list, clikc "Setup" on Bizimply
Enter your Login Credentials to linke your Bizimply account to your Expert LMS account
You can now click "Preview Users" to display data from your Bizimply account. However, for now, you should ensure the Autosync remains disabled
Move between the tabs to view data from each area for your Bizimply account. Data from Bizimply will appear in the left colum of each tab, with matching data points in your Expert LMS account in the right column
If a data point from your Bizimply account matches what is already created in Expert LMS, the system will display "Direct match!"
If not, you can choose to manually map each item using the drop-down menu.
You can type in the search bos to find the item you're looking to map to within Expert LMS. This mean you can have multiple items from Bizimply map to one point in Expert LMS
8. Once all points are mapped, date in the "Users" column will appear in green
9. When you are ready, turn on "Autosync". Expert LMS will run the integration every hour, on the hour, creating new profiles and deactivating leavers.
