How to Give Permission to Manage E-Signature Templates

How to allow users other than admins, like Managers, supervisors or HR administrators to create E-Signature templates for use on Bizimply with the E-Signature function

You must have admin access to update any Role to give new pemissions to a Bizimply user.

How to Give Permission to Manage E-Signature Templates

  1. Go to the top right corner, click on your name/email address, and in the dropdown menu select "Account Access"

  2. Navigate either to your Location Roles or Groups Roles, depending on which Role you want to update to include this permission.

  3. Click into the Location Role or Group role you would like to update e.g. Manager

  4. Scroll to the Documents Section of the permissions

  5. The Documents Section will need to be 'On"

  6. Select 'Choose Options'

  7. Under “Company Level Documents” tick the “Manage E-Signature Templates”

    Once Enabled, Users can:

  • Rename templates: Update the template name for clarity or internal organisation.

  • Activate or deactivate templates: Control which templates are available for use across the business.

  • Edit the document or merge fields: Modify document content, adjust formatting, and update dynamic merge fields.

  • Preview templates before use: Review how the document will appear once populated with employee data.
