How to Edit Sales in the Revenue Centre

If you don't have a POS integration set up, you can manually enter your sales into the Revenue Centre. This will help to track your sales over time, as well as calculate your labour sales %.

How to Edit Sales in the Revenue Centre on Web

  1. Login to Bizimply and click the Revenue icon

  2. When the Revenue centre opens, you will need to filter the options so you are in one location only. Do this in the Location filter section by choosing the location from the dropdown menu/deleting other locations already selected

  3. Now you must select just one Revenue Stream in the dropdown menu/delete other revenue streams already selected

  4. One you have just one location and one revenue stream selected, you will see that the Revenue Centre is in "Edit Mode".

  5. You can now click into any of the cells on the page and start editing the Sales numbers.

  6. You can speed up your process by using the tab button on your keyboard to move between cells, and the Return button on your keyboard to confirm entries.

The above example shows entering sales Daily. If you have turned on Hourly entries for your account, you will need to change your View Mode to be "Hourly View" to get into Edit Mode, which is highlighted in blue on the page.

Remember, if you are in "Read Only" view which is orange, you will not be able to edit. You must be viewing just one stream at any time to be able to edit entries

How to Edit Sales on the Revenue Centre through the MyZimply App

  1. Login to the MyZimply App

  2. Go to the Manager Portal (note: if you're an Admin you do not have an Employee Portal on the MyZimply app so should see the Shift Log option straight away)

  3. Click on Shift Log

  4. Choose a Location from the top selection if you have multiple locations available to view

  5. Click on "Add Sales" on the date you wish to enter sales for

  6. If you have one Revenue Stream for hourly sales: you will see the option to click on the name of the Revenue Stream (in the below case it's called "Sales") and you will be given the option to add sales for each hour

  7. Click into the boxes provided and type in the amount for each hour. A running total will start as time progresses through the day:

  8. Continue until all the hourly amounts are entered in.

If you have multiple Revenue Streams in a location, you will have to select each one individually in order to add your Sales. In the below example, the Drink stream is selected for entering hourly sales:

If you don't want to enter in hourly sales manually, you can put have your Settings at "Daily" to just enter sales at the end of the day. This will look like below:
