Please note: Square can only be activated with Bizimply using the Revenue Centre. Please ensure you have Revenue Centre activated in your account before proceeding with the Integration.
You must be an Admin on Bizimply to set up the Square Sales Integration.
Login to Bizimply, and click on your name/email in the top right corner
In the dropdown menu select "App Centre"
On the left-hand side, select Integration Managment
Find the Square app and click “Request”
In the pop up that appears, click Request Integration, and you will be redirected to the Square Sign In page to authenticate your account by clicking "Continue".
Once signed in, you will be redirected to the Square Settings page in Bizimply; the Square app will also be enabled in the app centre - the Settings icon will be available, and when clicked you can access the Square Settings page
The locations from your Square account will be displayed in the left-hand column - map the Square locations to their corresponding Bizimply locations
If you have a second Square account that needs to connect to the same Bizimply account, you can sign into another account via the button at the bottom. Please note: you may have to do this on a private browser, or else the Square login details from the first accountmay be retained and you’ll be signed into the same account again rather than being shown the Square login again. Use the link provided to sign in via the private or incognito browser
Sales will now be pulled every 15 minutes for the mapped locations
If you wish to recall data from your Square account prior to the date the integration commences, use the “Recall” function on this settings page. Select a timeframe from the dropdown, and then click "Recall". You will be sent an email when the recall starts and ends, as long periods of 15 min incremental data may take significant time to import.
Once you have the completion email, all data from the selected period should be shown in the Revenue Centre. You do not need to wait on the Settings page as the data is recalled.
Please note: once Square is connected, any locations mapped to a Square location in the settings will be uneditable in Revenue Centre - the option to edit/delete sales will be replaced by a “stream managed by Square” label. If you need to edit any sales, you should do so in Square, and then use the Recall function as explained above to update the data in Bizimply.
Also, Square only allows for one revenue stream to be mapped to each location. If you have previously entered multiple streams of revenue into Bizimply, you will need to untick these streams in the Revenue Centre, tick the new stream automatically created by the integration, and map that stream to each of your locations.
