How to View your Worked Hours on Bizimply as an Employee

If you would like to see how many hours you have worked over the previous days and weeks, you can view them through MyZimply or the Employee Portal

Please note: this feature has to be enabled by an Admin on your account to allow you to view your worked hours.

How to View your Hours Worked on MyZimply

  1. Login to MyZimply

  2. If you're a manager, make sure you in the Employee Portal before proceeding

  3. In the Employee Portal, tap he “More” button at the right-hand side of the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, and then select “Timecards”

  4. If you click on the calendar icon, you can choose to view Timecards from This Week, This Month, or a custom selection of dates from the Calendar. Click "Confirm" when happy with your choice.

Once a Timecard is Approved, you can click into it to view your paid times, and then expand the Timecard to see other details of that shift, such as the Location, Schedule, and any Paid Extras.

Depending on the settings in your account, you may also be able to see this information for Timecards which still have a "Pending" status. You will also have the total estimated hours for the time period listed at the top of the screen.

However, you may also not be able to see "Pending" Timecard hours until they are approved. In this instance, only Approved Timecards will be available to view, and will be counted in the total estimated hours for the Time period

How to View Your Hours Worked in the Employee Portal

You can also log into Bizimply via a web browser, and view your Timecards through the Employee Portal.

  1. Login to Bizimply at app.bizimply.com

  2. Enter the Employee Portal if you have access to other portals e.g. Manager Portal

  3. At the top of the page, click the Timecards icon

  4. You will be able to see your Paid Times and other details of your shifts, such as the Location, Schedule, and any Paid Extras. The status will show whether the Timecard has been approved or is pending approval.

Depending on the settings on your account, you may be able to see this information for Timecards which still have a "Pending" status. You will also have the total estimated hours for the time period listed at the top of the screen.
