How to Cancel an E-Signature Request

If you need to cancel a document you have sent out for an e-signature, you can do so before it is signed by cancelling the request in the employee profile.

How to Cancel an E-Signature Request

If you need to cancel an active E-Signature request e.g. to correct an error or make changes, you can cancel a request before it is signed by the employee.

​Who can cancel a request?
Only users with the Manage E-Signature Templates permission can cancel an E-Signature request.

​How to cancel a request

  1. Go to Documents - Signed Documents

  2. Find the E-signature Request you want to cancel.

  3. On any unsigned document, click the red "Cancel Request" button (located to the right of the "Send Reminder" button).

  4. A pop up will appear asking if you would like to cancel your request

Click 'Cancel Request' to confirm, or 'Keep Request' to close the pop-up without making changes.

A confirmation message will appear once you have cancelled the request
