The Performance Management Hub on Bizimply comprises of three different functions concerned with Performance Management in the system.

Training
Feedback
In the Overview section of the Hub, all of these 3 sections are tracked and reported on together on the one page, along with Attendance information
From the company view in All Locations, you can drill down into specific Location views or Group Views.
You can also switch from the entire Overview, to just 1-to-1s, or Training or Feedback.
Insight Signals
At the top of the Overview page you will see surfaced Insights pulled from the 3 functions as well as Attendance. The four most critical signals will appear at the top of the page e.g. "Disciplineries spike in London". If there are more than 4 critical signals, you will be presented with a "View All" option
If you click on this you'll be presented with other critical insights. If you're new to the Performance Hub, it is likely you will have many of these Insights to action for assigning Line Managers, 1-to-1s and Training. So don't worry about these untiil you are fully set up.
If you click the "x" on an Insight, it will disappear from your view for 7 days.
Location and Date Selection
You can select a specific Location to focus on, or a specific data to focus on for data analysis, by choosing them in the date and Location Filters
You can also search for specific Employees in the search box available.
Scorecards
The scorecards will display the following for the filtered data for a user:
Total amount of Overdue 1-to-1s
Total amount of Overdue Trainings
Total amount of Disciplineries Logged
Total amount of Attendance Issues
If you click on a scorecard you will openn up a side panel which will show more details for the scorecard e.g. to which locations the stats are related to. You will also have the ability to drill down to the specifi employees affected:
Location Performance Signals Table
This table lists by the location:
Total amount of Overdue 1-to-1s
Total amount of Overdue Trainings
Total amount of Disciplineries Logged
Total amount of Attendance Issues
The "View" button per row allows you to drill into that locations "Employee Performance Signals" Table:
In the Employee Performance Signals table, the "View" button redirects you to the the Performance tab in an employee's profile.
If you click on the three dots under "Action" you can Schedule a 1-to-1, Log Feedback, or Assign Training directly from the table
Attendance Chart
The Attendance Chart shows lateness, no-show and sickness per location (or per employee in the single-location view), ordered by highest overall issues to lowest. This can be switched from a % rate to a count. The % rate is based on the total shifts within the selected time period.
The chart is scrollable for when there are more than 10 columns
