NB: To ensure an accurate Average Spend Report, both sales and customers need to be recorded for each day. More information about setting up the Shift Log to capture these metrics is available here.

Average Spend Report

  1. Go to 'Reports'

  2. Go to Metrics Reports > Average Spend

  3. Select the Date Range, Location & Period

  4. Select 'Text' or 'Graph'

  5. Press 'Export'

In this report, the following columns appear:

  • Period (Day/Week/Month)

  • Each Location with Spending figures for each period

  • Totals for each Location

If the 'Text' Format is Selected:

A preview of the report will show. Select the desired file type to export the report

If the 'Graph' Format is selected:

The Graph will appear below the text box as shown
