Export a report of all your e-signature requests including their status

Please note: Only Account Administrators have access to export the E-Signature report. The E-Signature app is part of the HR Management Suite on Bizimply and must be paired with our Documents, Notes & Issues app. Please contact your Bizimply Customer Success manager if you are interested in adding this feature to your package.

What is the E-Signature Report

The E-Signature Report is a report with information about all the e-signature requests sent to your employees using our E-Signature feature. The report allows you to quickly find out the status of each of your e-signature requests. If you would like to learn more about how our E-Signature feature works on Bizimply, click here.

How to export the E-Signature Report

  1. Sign into bizimply.com as an Account Admin

  2. Click into the Reports tab from navigation bar

  3. Click the 'Employee Reports' from the list on the left and select 'E-Signature' from the drop down menu

  4. Select relevant date range, relevant locations and relevant employees

  5. Click the blue 'Export' button at the top right of the screen

  6. The report will be emailed to your email address which is the email address you use to sign into bizimply.com

What information is contained within the E-Signature Report

  • Employee Name

  • Employee Number

  • Location

  • Date Request was sent

  • Status (Signed, Awaiting Signature, Declined, Request Viewed or Reminder Sent)

  • Date status was updated

  • Name of who sent e-signature request

  • Email of who sent e-signature request

  • Subject title

  • Message contained within request

  • Reason (if employee declined request)
