Learn how to sign documents requested by your employer using Bizimply E-Signature feature

Please note: The E-Signature app is part of the HR Management Suite on Bizimply and must be paired with our Documents, Notes & Feedback app. E-Signature is not compatible with Internet Explorer. Please contact your Bizimply Customer Success manager if you are interested in adding this feature to your package.

What is E-Signature on Bizimply

E-Signature is a feature on Bizimply which allows employers to send employees documents within Bizimply to electronically sign using our Dropbox Sign integration. This is a digital and legally binding signature.

How to sign documents using E-Signature

Once the e-signature request email has been sent to you by your employer, you will receive an email in your inbox requesting you to sign the document.

1. Open the email and click the blue 'Log In' button

2. Within the 'Schedule' tab, there is an 'E-Siganture Requests' widget on the left hand side

3. Click the green 'Complete E-Signature' button beside the document

4. Alternatively you can also sign the document by clicking into the 'Your Profile' tab, click into Documents tab and into 'Signed Documents' folder.

5. Next, click the green 'Complete E-Signature' button at top right of document pop up

6. Click on the 'Click to sign' box

7. Add your signature by using one of three options: drawing it, typing it in or attaching a photo of it. Click the Insert button once ready.

8. Once you are happy with your signature, click the green 'Continue' button at the top right of the box

9. Read the Dropbox Sign Terms of Service attached and when you are ready, click the 'I Agree' button at the top right of the box to submit your document

10. The document will now appear in the 'Signed Documents' folder in your Documents tab where you can view and download it

How to decline E-Signature request

If you need to decline an e-signature request, you can do so using the below steps.

  1. Follow steps 1-5 above

  2. Click the 3 dots at the top left of the box

  3. Select 'Decline' from the options

  4. Enter in your reason for declining the request

  5. Click the blue 'Decline' button
