Instant messaging allows employees to communicate quickly and conveniently, creating an easy way to keep the right employees in the loop at all times. If you’re using a public messaging platform to communicate with your staff, it’s likely you’ve run into problems like keeping track of which messages are being sent to whom and inadvertently sharing sensitive commercial information.
