What is the Occupop to Bizimply Integration?
This integration automatically automatically creates an employee HR profile in Bizimply whenever a candidate is marked as successful in Occupop. Data in the fields listed below will also be added to the profile.
How to set up the Occupop to Bizimply Integration
NB: This can only be set up by a user with Admin Access.
Follow the process to install an integration in Bizimply
In your Occupop account you need click on the left panel where it says Integrations and then you will see the HRIS Platforms available for your account.
Click on Connect with Bizimply.
You will be redirected to Bizimply. If you are logged in it will go automatically to your account, if not it will ask you to log in.
After logging in, you will be brought to the Settings>Company Settings>API Keys screen in Bizimply.
Enter "Occupop" in the Name field, turn on Employee Settings for the API key is On and grant the “Add employees” permission. This will update your Occupop integration settings and connect with Bizimply.
Go back to your Occupop account and input your Company ID.
Select the stores you want the integration to apply to.
Now, when you move a candidate to Hire state in Occupop, you will be prompted to select the integration with Bizimply and select the Store where your new profile will be created.

The Occupop/Bizimply integration maps certain fields in Occupop to corresponding fields in Bizimply. The tables below show the data Bizimply accepts from Occupop and the Personal Details fields in which you can expect that data to appear.

Send Documents From Occupop To Bizimply
During the application process in Occupop, documents can be attached to an applicant's profile. To send these documents to Bizimply, check the "Integrate all the Candidate files?" box when sending a candidate to Bizimply. These documents will be uploaded to the main folder for the employee documents. Any document that follows Occupop's upload guidelines can also be sent to Bizimply.
Get Notified when a New Employee Profile is Created
It is important to set up a notification email so you can confirm the new employees sent by your Occupop account have been created successfully.
Sign into bizimply.com as an account admin
Click your name/email at the top right of the screen
Select 'Settings' from the drop down menu
From the options on the left hand side, choose Employees
Select 'Personal Settings' from the drop down menu
Scroll to bottom of the page where it says 'New Employee Profile Alert'
In the 'Email recipients' text box, enter in the email addresses of the users you wish to receive the email alert when a new employee profile is created
If entering multiple email addresses, ensure you separate the email addresses by using commas.
