When an Attendance clock-in is marked as "unprocessed", once you hover over the "i" symbol, this means that the employee's timecard has been approved while they were still clocked in for a shift.

Here's how to solve this issue:

  1. Unapprove the employee's timecard

  2. Update the clock-in information

  3. Check the attendance and timecards to ensure they are correct

  4. Approve the timecard again once the updates are complete
