Why is attendance locked for a specific employee?

When a lock icon appears next to the time under attendance in Bizimply, this means attendance records are locked and cannot be edited. This is usually a sign that the employee's timecard for that date has already been approved.

โ€‹NB: The ability to edit attendance records is controlled by permissions within Bizimply, and only users with the appropriate permissions can make these changes.

Here's how to edit an attendance record that appears locked:

  1. Unapprove the employee's timecard for that date

  2. Make the necessary edits

  3. Reapprove the timecard
