How to export your timecards after they are approved

How to export Timecards for Payroll

  1. Login to Bizimply

  2.  Go to Reports

  3. The first view you see will be Employee Timecards

4. Select the date range of Timecards you would like to export
5. Select the locations for the Timecards you would like to export
6. Select the Payroll department for the Timecards you would like to export.  If you don't mind which department it is, select All
7. Select the Employees whose Timecards you would like to export
8. Lastly, select the format for the Timecards you would like to Export.  You can select PDF, CSV, Sage 50, ADP, Sage Micropay, Quantum or Moorepay.  If you want one of these options and it is not turned on, and admin on your account can turn them on through Settings - Payroll - Payroll Exports
9. Depending on your format selection, you may need to answer another question e.g. Breakdown by Hours per Day, Hours by Pay Rate
10. When you've made your selections click 'Export' at the top of the section
11. A file will be emailed to you or will download immediately with your exported Timecards

Please note: If you have not approved all Timecards before exporting for payroll, you will receive the following pop up to alert you of this. You can download the list of Unapproved Timecards to quickly find out which employee's timecards still need to be approved.

You can also export Timecards from each location in the Timecards section.  You can only export a pdf, csv or Sage Micropay file through this section.

  1. Login to Bizimply

  2. Go to the location you wish to export your Timecards from

  3. Click on the Timecards icon

  4. When all the Timecards are approved, click on the Export button 

  5. Select 'All Timecards' from the dropdown menu

6. In the pop up select the file type you would like, the date range, and how you would like the hours to be broken down

7. Click 'Export'
8. The file will either be emailed to you or download to your device immediately
