In this article you will learn to:
- Set your schedule to be colour coded by positions
- Schedule an employee with multiple positions
Note: This can only be done by an account admin
Setting your schedule to be colour coded by positions
- Go to your schedule
- Select the orange pencil button on the Popular Shifts box
- Select 'By Position' for 'How would you like to colour code your shifts?'
OR
- Go to Settings
- Select 'Scheduling'
- Select Popular Shifts
- Select 'By Position' for 'How would you like to colour code your shifts?'
How to schedule an employee with multiple positions
- Go to schedule
- Pull shift onto employee you want to schedule
- The shift that will appear, will be for their main position, to change this, click into the shift
- In the pop-up, the first question is 'The employee's position for this shift is', select the drop-down at the end of this
- Select the position you want this shift to appear as
- Press 'Save'
