In this article you will learn how to: 

  • Turn on and off fields within the Employee Personal Tab 
  • Allow employees to edit their own details 
  1. Click on 'Settings' in the top right dropdown menu 
  2. On the left side of the screen, click on 'Employees' 
  3. Click on 'Personal Settings' 
  4. You can then turn On or Off fields that will appear within the employee 'Personal' tab 
  5. 'Additional Tabs' allows you to turn on or off these additional tabs within the Employee Profile and clicking on 'Edit' will bring you into the specific settings of that tab 
  6. If you would like to allow employees to edit some fields of information, click 'Yes' to the question at the top of the page.
    - Please note that the employee can update limited fields on their employee app including: Phone number, email, address.
    - Employees can update further fields from their employee portal including: Phone number, email, address, DOB, emergency contacts
