How labour sales % is calculated on the dashboard

In this article you will learn:

  • How labour sales % is calculated on the dashboard

Viewing Labour sales % for all locations

  1. Log in to bizimply.com

  2. The first section on the dashboard is 'Labour Sales %'

  3. If you are viewing this from all locations you will see a total % for all locations and can view a store by store breakdown by clicking on 'Labour sales %

  4. Figures will display green if they are below target and red if over target

Viewing Labour sales % by location

  1. To see a detailed breakdown you will need to view the dashboard for a single location

  2. Navigate to a location by using the drop-down menu in the top right

  3. Click on 'Labour sales %' and two new lines will appear 'Paid Labour' & 'Total sales% (Note: if you have added or deducted a figure to paid labour or sales these will appear next to the heading)

  4. The figures displayed will show total costs/sales for the week to date

  5. You can use the 'Running button' to populate the remaining days in the week with figures from your forecast which will let you see how the week will end based on your forecast

  6. The sum for labour sales % figure is labour cost/sales x 100
