How to enable multi-location Timestation
On your iPad, go to the App Store
In the search box, type 'Timestation by Bizimply'
3. Click the download symbol
4. Open the app
5. Type in your Bizimply username and password. Best practice is to use administrator login details, however you can also use Manager login details if they have been granted the permission on their Manager Role permissions
6. Select the 'Multiple Locations >' button at the bottom of the screen to set up the Multi Location Timestation
7. Select which locations you would like to be included in the Multi Location Timestation so that employees can clock in and out of these locations on this iPad then click Next when you are ready
8. Create a manager's PIN that will be only used by the manager of that location to login to the settings of the app (this will be different to the PIN that the manager will clock in and out with)
9. Click on the icon on the bottom left side of the screen
9. Enter your manager's PIN
10. Click on 'Settings'
11. Ensure that all settings are turned on as required by the business
