How to add adjustments to an accrual balance

How to Adjust Time Off Balance

  1. Go to 'Employees'

  2. Go to the profile of the employee you need to make an adjustment on

  3. Go to 'Time Off' tab

  4. Select 'Adjust Balance'

5. Add/Subtract the number of hours you enter

6. Give a reason for Adjustment, e.g Balance carried from previous year
7. Select the date you want to add an adjustment to. Please note the balance will be affected immediately

8. Press 'Save'

How to Delete Adjustments

  1. Sign into

  2. Go to 'Employees' tab

  3. Go to the profile of the employee you need to delete an adjustment from

  4. Go to 'Time Off' tab

  5. Click the checkbox beside the adjustment you wish to delete

  6. Click the small blue triangle as highlighted in the image above

  7. A dropdown will appear, click the 'Delete Selected' from the dropdown
