In this article you will learn how to:

  • See if someone is already off on a day before I approve it for someone else

How do I know if someone is booked off on a day I'm going to approve?

  1. Go to 'Employees'

  2. Go to the employee you need to log a Time Off for

  3. Go to the 'Time Off' tab

  4. Press 'Add Time Off'

5. Log Time Off as normal
6. If you see a button with an aeroplane in it, this is highlighting to you that
someone else is off this day

7. Click on the day to see who is off that day
8. Select whether you want to approve the time off, or change the dates
