How do I know if someone is scheduled to work on a day I'm going to approve?

  1. Go to 'Employees'

  2. Go to the employee you need to log a Time Off for

  3. Go to the 'Time Off' tab

  4. Press 'Add Time Off'

5. Log Time Off as normal
6. If you see a button with a calendar symbol in it, this is highlighting to you that
this employee is already scheduled to work that day

7. Click on the day to see who is off that day
8. Select whether you want to approve the time off and change the schedule, or change the dates
