How to pull the Customer Feedback Report

  1. Login to Bizimply

  2.  Click on the Reports tab from the navigation bar

  3. Click on the 'Issue Reports' box on the left-hand side

  4. Click on 'Customers'

  5. Select the date range

  6. Select the relevant Location(s)

  7. Click 'Export' in the top right corner

  8. Directly below you will get a summary of all Customer Feedback in that date range, in that location

9. Click 'Download PDF' to get a pdf copy of this report
