In this article you will learn about:
- Employee Starter Report
Employees will only appear on the 'Employee Starter' report if they have a 'Start Date' entered in the 'Personal' tab of their Employee Profile.
Employee Starter Report
- Go to 'Reports'
- Go to Employee Reports >> Starter Report
- Select the Date Range & Location
- Press 'Export'
In this report, the following columns appear:
- Employee name
- Main Location
- Bizimply ID
- Employee No.
- Email Address
- Post-Code & Country Code
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Start Dates
- Finish Dates (if they subsequently left)
- Gender, Ethnicity, Nationality & Marital Status
- Passport & Visa Expiry
- Next of Kin Name & Number
- Payroll Department
- Main Position
