Please note: Only account administrators can request integrations.
Sign into Bizimply as an account administrator
Click your name at the top right of the screen
Select 'App Centre' from the drop down menu
Select the 'Integration Management' from the categories on the left hand side
Click the green 'Request' button on the desired app integration. (If you do not have the green 'Request' button, please contact your Bizimply Account Manager who will assist you further)
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your integration request.
Once the request is made, a member of the Bizimply Customer Success team will be notified. They will then make contact to discuss the details of the integration.
Once the details have been confirmed by the customer and the Customer Success team, the request will be approved and the integration will be installed.
A pop-up will appear confirming the integration has been installed.
