We’re excited to announce some upcoming enhancements to your HR Insights Dashboard! These updates are designed to improve usability and give you more flexibility and control over your data.
Please note: This feature is still in BETA, so we recommend verifying any critical data with another source. We value your feedback as we continue to improve your experience!
Here’s an overview of the new features:
Updated Design
The dashboard has been refreshed with a new design that enhances navigation, making it easier for you to find key insights quickly. Additionally, the layout is now more compact, displaying multiple key metrics in a single chart. This improvement allows for faster data comparisons and a clearer view of your most important metrics at a glance.
Chart View Customisation
You now have greater control over your data views. You can exclude certain metrics or dimensions from the Bar and Pie charts, allowing you to tailor your visualisations to your specific needs.
Filter by Schedule
You can now filter the dashboard by schedule. This enables you to view all your metrics and KPIs broken down by schedule, providing you with more detailed insights and making it easier to focus on relevant data.
Expanded Age Groups
We’ve added new age groups to the dashboard to help you gain deeper insights into your workforce demographics. The new age groups are: 15 or lower, 16-17 years, 18-20 years, 21-25 years.
Custom Time Period for Employee Turnover
You can now select a specific time period to view your Employee Turnover rate, giving you more flexibility in tracking turnover trends over the period that matters most to you.
Turnover Rate by Payroll Department
In addition to viewing overall turnover, you can now see the turnover rate broken down by the payroll department. This allows you to identify specific areas where turnover is higher or lower.
Easier Table Sorting
Sorting tables has never been easier! We’ve streamlined the sorting functionality to make it more intuitive, allowing you to quickly organise your data with a simple click.
Expanded Visa and Passport Expiry Tracker Groups
We’ve expanded the Visa and Passport Expiry Trackers to include new groups: Expiring in 30-60 days and Expiring in 60-90 days.
Employee Level Tenure Overview
The length of service for each employee is now visible in the Active Employee Table, displayed in both months and years. You can also filter the table by Tenure Group, making it easier to explore and compare employee tenure across your workforce.
