What Are Shift Offers?
Shift Offers let employees offer their scheduled shifts when they can’t work — no texts, no emails, no stress.
When an employee offers a shift, it becomes an Open Shift (with a hidden "Shift Offer" tag for managers), allowing other eligible teammates to claim it.
A teammate is only eligible to claim a shift if they are not currently working during the time of the shift AND if they have the same position as the employee who offered the shift.
Once a claim is submitted, a manager must approve the transfer before the shift is reassigned.
This makes handing off shifts smooth, trackable, and fully transparent, with final control always in the manager’s hands.
