How to Edit a Daily Timecard Record
Within the Daily Timecards list view, tap the record you want to edit to open the detailed view
In the detailed view you can adjust:
Scheduled In/Out and Actual In/Out times - select between the two options
Paid Times - manually overwrite paid in/out times
Position - select from employee’s positions dropdown menu
Schedule - select from active schedules dropdown menu
Extras – Tap Add Extra Paid Time to create another shift card and enter times.
Once a field is edited, changes autosave immediately.
The Total Paid Hours column updates automatically and changes are reflected across the Bizimply system both on mobile and web.
Adding a note to a Daily Timecard on MyZimply
To add a note, simply tap the Note icon within the detailed view of a Daily Timecard. This opens the Notes popup
Within the Notes popup simply tap on the “Add New Note” input and type your note
To save your note, tap “Apply”.
Each note will display a timestamp of when it was added and who added it.
Note that only the user who added a note has the ability to remove it.
Adding another Paid Time to a Daily Timecard on MyZimply
At the bottom of the details view tap “Add Extra Paid Time”
This will add a new entry of paid time for that employee. It will default to a shift from 09:00 to 17:00. You can then scroll up and down to the different Paid Times on the Daily Timecards
Here you can enter the details for an additional shift with the following:
Scheduled In/Out and Actual In/Out times.
Paid Times (manually overwrite paid in/out times).
Position (select from employee’s positions).
Schedule (select from active schedules).
Extras – Tap Add Extra Paid Time to create another shift card and enter times.
Deleting a Paid Time entry
Each paid time entry will display a “Delete” button at the bottom of its card in the detailed view of the Daily Timecard
To delete a Paid Time, tap the “Delete” button
This will display a confirmation popup
Tap Delete to finalise and delete the Paid Time

All edited values are stored with metadata so you have a full history of changes. See this article about the timecard audit log
Navigation
After editing one record, swipe left or right or tap the arrows to move to the next or previous record for the same day.
If only one record exists, the arrows are dimmed.
