Please note: You must have activated the Budget Settings on your account as per This Article, and have Admin access.
How to Import a Sales and Labour Budget
You need to go to the Forecast settings in your Bizimply account. Make sure you are in All Locations and click on the Forecast icon
In the Forecast Settings, click on the left-hand side where it says Budget Import
3. In the dropdown menu, select the Locations you would like to import a budget, and in the blue box click where it says "Download File". The csv file generated will provide you with column and row information for completing your import.
Tip: It's easier to do one location at a time if you're importing many days of different budgets over multiple schedules, as you can do the Sales, Labour Sales% and Hours Budget for the location all at once.
4. Complete the file with the following information:
Date: Column A
Location: Column B
Sales Budget: Column C
Schedule Labour Sales% Budget: The next columns (will depend on how many different schedules are in the locations chosen)
Hours Budget: The following columns
Leave blank cells for any Schedule information which is not relevant for the Location you're working in or which you do not wish to import at this time. Make sure the data formatting is correct: do no include any £€$ signs or commas in numbers
5. Save the file, make sure it is in the csv format when saving.
6. Select the locations in the dropdown menu again, and then click "Choose File". Then select the file you've just saved from the files on your device.
7. Click "Import"
8. You will get a message that the file is processing. Depending on the size of the file, it may take several minutes to process the data and for it to appear in your account. You can leave the page you're on in Bizimply and do something else as you're waiting.
