Please note: unless you have admin access, you may not be able to enter in the Budget to Bizimply.
If you are not an Admin, please scroll down the page to see how you can access the Budget for the locations you manage.
How to Manually Enter your Budget Labour Sales % and Budget Labour Hours
When logged in as an Admin, go to All Locations, select Forecasts, and then on the left-hand side in Settings, select "Budget". This should be already enabled in your account to take this action (see above).
On this page, the second option down goes into the Labour Budget Settings.
The first option is to enter manually the budge Labour Sales % for the particular location. Please note: if you're Forecast Labour settings are set up to Forecast on a per schedule basis, so will your Budget Labour Settings:
If you set up to Forecast the location as a whole, you will just have one line of data to enter.
4. Just type into each day what your Budget Labour Sales % is for this particular location. Click Save.
5. After you have entered the Budget Labour Sales%, you can scroll down to choose an option for the Budget Hours.
6. If you Choose to allocate Budget hours as a "Calculation based on avg hourl rate" you will need to enter in the average hourly rate for your particular schedule (or whole location if not using the per schedule option). Click Save when done.
7. After you enter and save the calculation, in the Weekly Forecast you will see an updated calculation of your budget hours:
8. You can instead choose to enter in Standard Budget Daily Hours manually for each day for each schedule. Choose "Standard daily hour" from the options and then enter your hours. Remember to click save.
How to Manually enter your Budget Labour Sales % and your Budget Labour Hours if you don't have Admin Access
Select an individual location in the Location dropdown
Click on the Forecast icon
Depending on the Settings in your account, you will either see a Budget Labour Sales % for the entire Location, or it will be split per Schedule.
If you have permission to edit, you will be able to click into the individual boxes available to enter in new numbers for both the Budget Labour Sales % and Budget Labour Hours:
Click "Save" after you enter in these numbers to ensure they will Save for use going forward.
