You must have access to Time Off and Adjust Toil through your Role permissions to be able to access the TOIL settings for an employee.
Turning TOIL On/Off for an Individual Employee
Go to an Employee profile where you want to turn TOIL on or off.
Click into the Time Off tab
Click on where it says "Settings"
In the pop-up, the first question is "Allow Toil to be allocated". Choose Yes or No
Click 'Save' to save your update.
Adjusting the TOIL Balance on an Individual Employee Profile
Navigate to the employee profile
Click on the Time Off Tab
In the Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) box, click on where it says "Adjust Balance"
A pop-up will appear which will allow you to Add or Subtract hours for an employee's TOIL balance. You should add in a Reason, and choose a data to apply the adjustment from.
Click 'Save' to update the balance.
