ICR Touch Integration

You can connect your ICR Touch POS to Bizimply to enter in sales every 15 minutes into the system.

Please note: you must have the Revenue Centre activated in your account to use this Integration.

The ICR Touch integration will pull sales for each order (i.e. item value + any deductions/refunds). We do not include tips/service charge.

Due to the settings of ICR Touch, Net Sales can only be pulled as a total for a Location. Net Sales cannot be broken into separate Revenue Streams to be mapped against specific departments or Schedules. If you wish to do this, you will need to use GROSS sales.

How Do I Set Up the ICR Touch Integration?

Critical First Step

You will need to request your TAK Code from your ICR Touch reseller, and request that your reseller enable tillconfig on your account. From here they will see list of 3rd party API's and they will need to allow Bizimply

You must be an Admin on Bizimply to then do the remaining steps

  1. Click on your name/email address in the top right corner, and in the dropdown menus select App Centre

  2. On the left-hand side, select Integration Management

  3. Click on the ICR Touch option "Request" button. An email will be sent to the Success team to manage your request to enable the App.

  4. Once the App is enabled, access the Settings page by clicking the settings icon on the app.

  5. Input the TAK Code you received from your ICR Touch reseller to initiate the integration

  6. Select the sales format you wish to pull sales from ICR Touch

    1. Total Net Sales - this value will be total Net sales for the location, minus any tax - recommended.

    2. Groups - any groups set up in ICR Touch will be added as Revenue Streams and Gross sales added for these

    3. Departments - any departments set up in ICR Tocuh will be added as Revenue Streams and Gross sales added for these

  7. The locations from the ICR Touch account will be displayed in the left-hand column

    1. Map the ICR Touch locations to their corresponding Bizimply locations

  8. If you need to connect a second ICR Touch account, sign into another account via the button at the bottom - there will be another TAK code field to input for your second account

Sales will now be pulled every 15 minutes for the mapped locations in the Revenue Centre

How Do I Manually Recall ICR Touch Data?

If you would like to pull data previous to the set-up date, use the “Recall” function on the ICR Touch integration Settings page.

  1. Select a timeframe from the dropdown and then click 'Recall'.

  2. An email will be sent when a recall starts and ends, to let you know when the data has populated.

  3. Once you have the completion email, all data from the selected period should be shown in the Revenue Centre

How Do I See and Edit My ICR Touch Sales Data?

ICR Touch is currently only set up for use with Revenue Centre. You will need to have both the Revenue and Shift Log apps enabled for it to work. Having ICR Touch enabled will change the Revenue Centre in the following ways:

  • Any locations mapped to a ICR Touch location in the settings will be uneditable - the option to edit/delete sales will be replaced by a “stream managed by ICR Touch” label

    • If you need to change any of the values in the Revenue Centre, they will need to be edited in ICR Touch and then followed with a manual recall

  • Any locations which are not mapped to a ICR Touch location in Revenue Settings will still be editable
