In this article you will learn:

Note: The engagement widget will appear on both single and multi-location dashboards. The widget will display responses from

What is displayed in the engagement survey widget on the dashboard

  1. Log onto Bizimply.com

  2. Scroll down on the dashboard and the 'Engagement Survey' widget will be on the left hand side

  3. The widget will display responses for the following timeframes:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • The Last 7 Days

  • The Last 30 Days

For each of these time spans, the widget will display

  1. The total number of responses at the top

  2. The total of each response: Bad (%), Ok (%), Great (%)

  3. If each total is more/less or equal to the previous corresponding time period (%).
