If the Manager PIN has been forgotten or a manager has left an account admin can find the PIN for the new manager for Timestation access

In this article you will learn:

  • How to find a forgotten Manager PIN

If a manager has forgotten their Manager PIN or perhaps a store manager has left the business, an account administrator can get access to the Manager PIN for that particular Timestation.

  1. Log into your Bizimply account

  2. Click on the right hand side dropdown menu

  3. Click Timestation Management

4. Click on the eye symbol under the column called PIN - this will reveal the Manager PIN for that iPad

A manager can then change the existing manager PIN.
