How to send a Timestation log file

Bizimply support may ask you to send them a log file if you are having problems with your Timestation.

A log file is sent directly from the iPad via email. You will need to have the email app set up on the iPad to send a log file.

  1. Click on the icon on the left-hand side of the screen

2. Enter your Manager PIN
3. Click on 'Settings'


4. At the bottom of the screen, click on 'Email Log File'
5. The log file will automatically attach to the iPad mail app
6. Send to support@bizimply.com
