Editing your Subscription

In this article you will learn:

How to access your customer billing portal

  1. Navigate to plans and billing

  2. Click on "Manage Billing"

  3. This will open a new tab within your browser for your billing portal

  4. Log in using your billing account email address and the OTP sent via email

NB: Only billing admins can log in to the billing portal. If you're not a billing admin and need access, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Customer Support to update the necessary permissions.

What features are available in the billing portal

  • View and Edit Your Account's Billing Information - Update your account details, including contact details and billing addresses

  • View Your Current Subscription - Check the details of your current subscription, including pricing and features

  • Download Your Billing History and Invoices - Access and download your billing history and invoices

  • Update Your Payment Methods - Add or change your preferred payment methods

How to edit your subscription

  1. Log in as the main administrator

  2. Click on your name/email in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Select 'Plans & Billing' from the drop-down menu.

  4. Choose the blue 'Change Plan' button

  5. Please ensure you are selecting the correct number of employees for your business
