What is the MyZimply app?

The Bizimply employee app called MyZimply is available to download for free on

Android and iOS and is a great way to access Bizimply.

What can you do on the app?

  1. Clock-in to work via your GPS location (if this feature is turned on in the account)

  2. Access your Schedule and shift details

  3. Receive notifications each time you are scheduled to work

  4. View and edit personal details (if activated)

  5. Request Time Off

  6. Check your 4 digit clock in/out PIN

  7. View, set and manage your Unavailability (if activated)

  8. View your Employee Timecards (if activated)

  9. Complete Task Lists if available.

  10. Offer shifts you can no longer work, or claim shifts you would like to work if they're free (if activated)

  11. Set up higher level security for your app, with a PIN, Biometric or 2FA authentication for logging in.

(Don't worry - if you don't have a smartphone or compatible device, you can still log-in on the web via your Employee Portal)

Downloading the app

  1. Go to the App Store or Play Store on your device

  2. Search for MyZimply from Bizimply

  3. Use the same log-in credentials as you would for accessing Bizimply on your web browser

Note If you haven't already received a welcome email or text message inviting you to set-up your account, you won't be able to log-in yet 🚫
