How to Request Time Off via MyZimply

  1. Sign into MyZimply app using your Bizimply log in details i.e. email address and password

  2. Click the 'More' tab at the bottom of the screen

  3. Click on the 'Time Off' option in the list presented

  4. Click the blue 'Request Time Off' button located at the bottom of the screen

  5. Select your Time Off Type i.e. Holiday or Other (or TOIL if available)

    Select the start and end date of the Time Off period you wish to take

    Click 'Confirm'

  6. Enter a note for your manager to read in the 'Employee Note' field

  7. Press the Blue 'Submit Request' button. You will then see a confirmation pages which says "Request Submitted".

How to Delete your Time Off Request

  1. Sign into MyZimply using your Bizimply log in details i.e. email address and password.

  2. Click the "More" tab, and then "Time Off" from the list presented

  3. You will see a list of all your current requests - whether Accepted, Declined or Pending. You can only delete "Pending" requests. If you wish to delete an accepted request, you should go to your line manager.

  4. Click into the request you wish to delete which will say 'Pending' to the right of the request

  5. Once you have clicked into your pending time off request, you click the red 'Delete' option in the top right of the screen.

  6. You will be asked to confirm if you wish to delete the request. Confirm by clicking"Delete" again.

  7. A confirmation page which says "Request Removed" will appear, to confirm the request is deleted.
