Time Off Requests via MyZimply App

This feature is available on versions of MyZimply 3.2.0 and newer.

You can now request time off via the MyZimply app as well as via the web portal. If you wish to learn how to request time off via the web portal, click here.

How to Request Time Off via MyZimply

  1. Sign into MyZimply app using your Bizimply log in details i.e. email address and password

  2. Click the 'Time Off' tab at the bottom of the screen

  3. Click the blue 'Request Time Off' button located at the bottom of the screen

  4. Select your Time Off Type i.e. Holiday or Other

  5. Select the start date of your time off and press 'Done'

  6. Select the end date of your time off and press 'Done'

  7. Enter a note for your manager to read in the 'Employee Note' field

  8. Press the green 'Submit Request' button. You will then see a banner appear at the top of the screen that reads 'Time off request submitted'.

How to Delete your Time Off Request

  1. Sign into MyZimply using your Bizimply log in details i.e. email address and password.

  2. Click the 'Time Off' tab at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Click into the request you wish to delete which will say 'Pending' in orange on the right side. If your request says 'Approved' in green, you will no longer be able to delete it from the MyZimply app and should speak to your manager about removing this.

  4. Once you have clicked into your pending time off request, you click the red 'Delete Request' button at the bottom of the screen.
