Tenzo Sales & Sales Forecast Integration

Follow the steps for installing an integration in Bizimply.

Once installed, click on the 'Settings' gear icon.

You will be redirected to the Tenzo Login page

Read through the information on the right-hand side

Match up your Tenzo locations to your Bizimply locations using the dropdown menus available for each Tenzo Location. This list of locations will be updated every morning.

Choose which integration you wish to turn on, by selecting either the 'Sales' or 'Sales Forecast' checkboxes.

Choose a date at the top from which you would like to manually recall Sales data into the Revenue Cenre. Then click "Recall". Depending on the date, the recall of this data may take a few minutes. You do not have to stay on the page as this happens, and you will receive an email when the sales data has been recalled.

After enabling the integration, please note that any modifications to sales and forecast data won't be possible in Bizimply. Please make edits directly in Tenzo.

Once the integration is set up, the sales figures will transfer from Tenzo to the Revenue Centre on Bizimply every 15 min, hourly or Daily, depending on your settings.

When the app is installed, Revenue Streams will appear in your Revenue Centre Settings to be configured into the Revenue Cetnre.

These sales are uneditable, and the streams will say "Managed by Tenzo"

Once the integration is set up, the sales forecast data will transfer from Tenzo to the Forecast tab in Bizimply once a day.

When the app is installed, the Sales Forecast fields for each day become disabled. There is a tooltip that says 'Sales forecast added by Tenzo'

The sales forecast data is transferred from Tenzo to Bizimply once a day at the 'End of day time' as set in the Company Settings on Bizimply.
