What is the Peoplebank to Bizimply Integration
If you use Peoplebank as your applicant tracking and candidate management system which allows successful candidate data to be transferred from Peoplebank to Bizimply, automatically creating an employee HR profile for them.
How to set up the Peoplebank to Bizimply Integration
First you need to contact your Bizimply customer success representative to request the integration.
The installation begins by clicking the Bizimply Authorization option in the account settings section of Peoplebank (you must have Superuser permissions).
It then requires logging in to Bizimply (you must have Admin access).
After logging into Bizimply you will be bought to the Settings>Company Settings>API Keys screen.
Enter "Peoplebank" in the Name field
You can then select the fields you want transferred from Peoplebank to Bizimply.

Field Mapping
The Peoplebank/Bizimply integration maps certain fields in PeopleBank to corresponding fields in Bizimply. The tables below show the data Bizimply accepts from Peoplebank and the fields in which fields you can expect them to appear.

Though you can customise which fields are ported over, the Employee ID Number and Start Date are mandatory fields and must be used when creating an employee using the Peoplebank integration.

Get Notified when a New Employee Profile is Created
It is important to set up a notification email so you can confirm the new employees sent by your Peoplebank account have been created sucessfully.
Sign into bizimply.com as an account admin
Click your name/email at the top right of the screen
Select 'Settings' from the drop down menu
From the options on the left hand side, choose Employees
Select 'Personal Settings' from the drop down menu
6. Scroll to bottom of the page where it says 'New Employee Profile Alert'
7. In the 'Email recipients' text box, enter in the email addresses of the users you wish to receive the email alert when a new employee profile is created
8. If entering multiple email addresses, ensure you separate the email addresses by using commas.
Export Documents To Bizimply
Any document assigned to the hired candidate profile in Peoplebank can now also be exported to Bizimply. This can include contracts, right to work, company policies etc.
These documents will be saved in the main Employee Documents folder.
NB: To use this feature, customers need to have Documents enabled.
