Please note: This is part of the Forecasts app in the Operations Management Suite. You must either be an account administrator or assigned access to your group role to access this part of Bizimply.

What is Forecast Labour/Sales % Import?

The Forecast Labour/Sales % import allows account admins to import forecasted labour sales % for multi-location in one singular import.

How to Import Forecasted Labour Sales % into Bizimply

Important: The allocation of labour sales % rules on a per schedule basis must be set to 'No' in the 'General' Forecast Settings section for the 'Forecast Labour/Sales % Import' section to appear.

  1. Log in as an account administrator

  2. Click 'All Locations' drop down menu in the top right to view the page as 'All Locations'

  3. Click into 'Forecasts' tab from the navigation bar

  4. Select 'Forecast Labour/Sales % Import' under 'Forecast Imports' on the left side of the page

  5. Read all instructions in the blue box

  6. Click on the blue button 'Forecast Labour/Sales % Import Sample File' to download the sample file

  7. Populate the file with data of forecasted labour sales %. Ensure you do not change the location/store name and that date formatting is correct

  8. Save the file

  9. Select the CSV File and then click the blue 'Import' button

  10. If any fields have failed to import, a list will be generated. You can then fix the errors and re-import the file

  11. If there are no errors and the file uploads successfully, you will get a confirmation message

  12. Please note that it may take a few minutes for a large file to upload
