Please note: This is part of the Forecasts app in the Operations Management Suite. You must either be an account administrator or assigned access to your group role to access this part of Bizimply.
What is Forecast Hours Import?
The Forecast Hours import allows account admins to import forecasted hours for multiple locations in one singular import.
Important: The allocation of labour sales % rules on a per schedule basis must be set to 'No' in General Forecast Settings section for the 'Forecast Hours Import' section to appear.
How to import forecasted hours into Bizimply

Login as an account administrator
Click 'All Locations' drop down menu in the top right to view the page as 'All Locations'
Click into 'Forecasts' tab from the navigation bar
Select 'Forecast Hours Import' under 'Forecast Imports' on the left side of the page
Read all instructions in the blue box
Click on the blue button 'Forecast Hours Import Sample File' to download the sample file
Populate the file with data of forecasted hours. Ensure you do not change the location/store name and that date formatting is correct
Save the file
Select the CSV File and then click the blue 'Import' button
If any fields have failed to import, a list will be generated. You can then fix the errors and re-import the file
If there are no errors and the file uploads successfully, you will get a confirmation message
Please note that it may take a few minutes for a large file to upload
