What is the WRS to Bizimply Sales Integration

The WRS to Bizimply Sales Integration is for customers who also use WRS to track payments. This integration allows Account Admins to set up the transfer of sales data from WRS to Bizimply on a daily basis, ensuring the shift log is updated with accurate data.<br>

How to set up the WRS to Bizimply Sales Integration

Follow <a href="https://support.bizimply.com/en/articles/7966087-how-to-install-integrations-in-bizimply" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">these steps</a> to install the integration in Bizimply:

Once installed, click on the 'Settings' gear icon.

You will be redirected to the Integration Settings

Please enter the WRS pathname. This will be provided to you by your contact at Bizimply.

Once you have entered the pathname correctly, please read through the information on the right-hand side.

You must ensure that the names of the locations in WRS match with the names in Bizimply. If they are different, please update the name in Bizimply.

Sales data will be pulled at 'End of day time' for your business.

Please note that only one shift can be configured in the shift log for recording sales.

1. Once installed, click on the 'Settings' gear icon.

2. You will be redirected to the Integration Settings
3. Please enter the WRS pathname. This will be provided to you by your contact at Bizimply.

4. Once you have entered the pathname correctly, please read through the information on the right-hand side.
5. You must ensure that the names of the locations in WRS match with the names in Bizimply. If they are different, please update the name in Bizimply.
6. Sales data will be pulled at 'End of day time' for your business.
7. Please note that only one shift can be configured in the shift log for recording sales.

Once the integration is set up, the sales figures will transfer from WRS to the Shift Log on Bizimply once a day.  When the WRS to Bizimply app is installed, only one shift can be set up in Shift Log Settings &gt; Shift Log Set Up. The other shifts will be greyed out.

<br>Additionally, only one sales area will be used in the shift logbook. The sales figure here is transferred from WRS. The sales data is transferred from WRS to Bizimply once a day at the 'End of day time' as set in the Company Settings on Bizimply.
