Click on the Issue Reports box on the left-hand side

1. Login to Bizimply
2. Click on the Reports Icon
3. Click on the Issue Reports box on the left-hand side
4. Click on Accidents
5. Select the date range
6. Select the locations
7. Click 'Export' in the top right corner 

8. Directly below you will get a summary of all accidents logged in that date range, in that location.<br>

9. Click 'Download PDF' to get a pdf copy of the report<br>
