  1. Go to 'Reports'
  2. Go to Issue Reports >> Customers
  3. Select the Date Range & Locations
  4. Press 'Export'
  5. A preview of the report will appear below the table as shown
  6. Select the button shown to export the report as a PDF

  • Date of Issues
  • Who logged the Issue
  • Issue Description
  • Action Taken

  • Status
